Tuition & Financial Assistance
SGES understands that some families require financial aid in order to choose an independent school education for their children. We have a commitment to providing financial aid to students based on family-demonstrated need as determined by Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST). Financial aid is limited and must be applied for as early as possible. All financial aid information is held in strict confidence by the school administration by Georgia law. Tuition Assistance FAQ
Most frequently asked questions and answers about financial aid.
Financial aid is not a loan, but it a series of different solutions woven together to build a package that makes private school affordable, including the Georgia Goal Scholarship Program, scholarships, and in-house financial aid resources. While financial aid monies are not widely available, we don’t want to limit the ability of any good student to attend solely on the basis of financial concerns.
Financial aid is based on an evaluation of a family’s need. Admissions decisions are made separately from financial aid decisions. No specific income level disqualifies a family from financial assistance because eligibility is based on many factors. If you feel you cannot pay all of the costs yourself, always consider the possibility of applying for financial aid.
Families can choose to pay an annual tuition payment, or may choose to pay monthly or quarterly. You can discuss payment options with our Admissions Director or Financial Director at any time.
