Coach Gaylor has a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a master's degree in Education from LaGrange College. Coach Gaylor has 7 years of teaching experience, and this is his 3rd year at St. George's Episcopal School.
Music and Performing Arts / Instrumental Music / Learning Enrichment Center Coordinator
Mrs. Mulder holds both a Bachelor of Music in Voice and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mrs. Mulder has an extensive background in choral conducting, choreography design for musical theatre and show choir direction. Mrs. Mulder has worked as a choral clinician, festival adjudicator, dance instructor, and vocal coach. Mrs. Mulder also has a background in testing assistance, differentiated instruction, and curricular integration practice. Mrs. Mulder is an Instructor with Gordon State College in the Early Childhood Education Program. She has been teaching at SGES since 2007 and has 18 years of teaching experience.
Art Teacher/ Admissions Director
Mrs. Thacker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Education from Georgia State University. She has over 15 years of teaching experience at St. George's. In addition to teaching visual arts classes, she is also the SGES Admissions Director.
Learning Enrichment Center
Mrs. Norris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Learning and Intellectual Disabilities from Appalachian State University. She is also trained in Orton-Gillingham at the Certified level. She has 14 years of teaching experience her this is her second year at St. George’s.
Learning Enrichment Center Tutor
Mrs. Dougherty holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Valdosta State University and a Master's Degree from Walden University. She taught for over 30 years at Crescent Elementary School in Griffin, and is currently a Tutor at SGES.
